You're scared.Companies providing website design and development services can often come across as very technical. They'll tell you what you need and you may not understand what you'll actually be getting for that.
It's because Web Design and Development can be very difficult and some companies feel like that they have to prove its difficulty by not putting it in terms that you can understand. On the other hand, it is also a good way for them to get you to pay for services that you don't necessarily need.
However, we've made the assumption that you're already aware that design and development is a skill that does take time to create a project.
